Eddie Raymond, aka “Mr. Transaction Engineer,” is a native of Atlanta, GA and currently resides north of Atlanta today. Mr. Raymond was raised by his mother Erma Raymond along with his two siblings, David Raymond, and (late) Ifageneria Raymond. Mr. Raymond, a husband, and father of four children, has many talents. As one of Atlanta’s top real estate entrepreneurs, Mr. Raymond is also an artist, musician, and fitness fanatic.
In 2004, Mr. Raymond risked his job and career to attend a four-day real estate seminar. From that point on his life changed forever. He was fired from his job and a real estate entrepreneur was born. He attended his first real estate seminar forty-five days after and made $15,000; the rest is history.
Mr. Raymond owns a Real Estate Investment Firm and an Investor Coaching Academy. His investment firm buys properties around the US using various Creative Financing and builds its portfolio by buying to hold and buying to flip. His Coaching Academy shows investors how to grow their real estate portfolios as well, by acquiring properties using the same creative financing such as subject – to and wholesale, lease-options. Mr. Transaction Engineer has closed thousands of residential and commercial real estate deals and continues to help students all over the US achieve their Dreams.
